On occasion I have been hired to write and/or edit user documentation. The following blog articles pertain to a POS (point-of-sale) system which partially comprised (and was integrated with) the MHS ecommerce platform.
Used by hundreds of retailers, the ‘portal’ referenced is the interface in which the retailers would manage their inventory, create and configure product groups and listings (e.g., product images, etc.), sales, coupons, promotions, etc. (no doubt there are more links here than anyone is likely to need in order to assess my copywriting)
